Grace & Nell Homes is a design and build home construction company based in Kansas City. I was so happy to be able to launch this brand with the team from the start! I was responsible for the creative direction, branding, and positioning.

Curated Brand Colors

A set of curated brand colors was selected from swatches so that the owner of the company could change the mood of the branding to fit whatever client or setting the brand was going to be presented in.

Secondary Marks

A set of secondary and tertiary marks were derived from the main mark to be used across other marketing assets and materials.

The Myrtle Tree

The main inspiration for the brand logo and mark came from the myrtle tree, which was for the client a very intentional and meaningful source of inspiration and icon for the brand.
